I've only tried the hibiscus. It tastes like most other electrolyte mixes.

The sleep one is hands down the cleanest sleep products ive tried and doesnt taste overly salty or sugary. Im glad this doesnt use melatonin, those make me too groggy. Clean ingredient list and no added sugar is a huge plus too

Honestly one of the cleanest electrolyte mixes I’ve tried. Most hydration products are overloaded with sugar or leave a weird aftertaste, but ADAPT tasted light and refreshing while still making a noticeable difference in hydration and recovery. The sample pack was perfect for trying all the flavors, and I liked that the formulas are focused on hydration, recovery, and sleep support without a bunch of junk ingredients. Packaging felt premium too. Definitely adding these into my daily routine!

This is seriously one of the best sleep products I've ever tried, especially because it doesn't have melatonin, and the taste is so good! No melt deduction as well as huge because a lot of these other products have maltodextrin so the fact that ADAPT does not it's amazing

i found adapt in south bay hermosa beach and loved the taste right away. no added sugars was important too because all these other products use added sugars and LMNT is wayyy too salty for me
